Its about 2.5 to 3 Hrs drive each way to Waitomo Glowworm Caves from Auckland.
Inside Waitomo Glowworm Caves it’s a fully guided tour with one of the local guide at Waitomo.
it starts with walking into the cave and it ends up with a beautiful boat ride over the Waitomo River.
Unfortunately, you can’t. In Order to protect the glowing worms & the formations inside the cave, photography is not allowed.
